Hi, I forgot security questions and answers. But system is not going to provide option to reset. Getting this error "Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

"

Please help and suggest.

The article brbo linked to isn't useful to people gettng the 'sufficient information' message.
