iPhone pinned messages disappeared

My iPhone 12 pinned messages disappeared l. How do I get them back?

You may have accidentally unpinned them. You will have to pin them again.

Thumb Rules:

Enable Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
Don't share Apple IDs
Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods

No I did not unpin. There are two people who’s messages that Disappeard that I pinned. I had 9 people pinned but two are gone. They show up on my iPad but not my phone. I also cannot see the messages in iCloud but they are backed up. One of the pinned messages are from an Aunt who passed away and they are important to me.

I saw saw that there is software to retrieve messages I can buy but if they are in my iPad why would they not show up on the iPhone and disappear? Very perplexed.
