Why does it try to make me pay to get free apps

Apple Store asks you to verify yourself with biometrics, to purchase any app as a security measure.

For a free app, using FaceID or TouchID doesn't deduct any value from your payment methods.

Any payment page will show a value that you will need to pay for, if there is none shown, then you are not paying any money.

They charge me no matter what, it can be free they take money from me, it's no id its money
