How to select a whole sentence in word

It used to be that you could select a whole sentence in Word by holding option and clicking in the required sentence. I have found this to be very useful. However, it doesn't seem to be possible anymore. Any one got any solutions? I am on a 2019 MacBook Pro running BigSur and Word v 16 in Microsoft 365. Thanks

Look in Word's Help Menu.

Maybe ask in the Microsoft Office Help Community.
