That would indicate that your Facebook and Amazon accounts were compromised, not that your iPhone was hacked. Change the passwords for those accounts.

If you did not jailbreak your phone, you can’t be hacked.

Unless you gave your phone to someone you don’t trust for awhile and since you don’t know about jailbreaking, it has not been jailbroken.
