Wondering why I got an email from you stating that my Apple TV subscription was changed from February until July and was then promptly removed in February

You may inquire about your account, subscription and any extensions to it, by contacting Apple Support here or here.


Subscriptions that are canceled during the trial period, expire immediately.

Subscriptions that are canceled during the paying period, expire at the end of the billing cycle (typically monthly).

It is the user themselves that cancels their subscription.
