How do I turn up the volume on an iPhone 11? Very quite when making phone calls.

You can only adjust the earpiece volume while you are on a call. So, call someone then use the volume buttons on the side to raise the volume. If you still can't hear, the speaker may have gone bad and you'd need to arrange for repairs.
