If you have previously downloaded old update or upgrade files in your Applications folder, you do not need to keep these. Simply drag them to the trash and then empty it. Done.

Restore form a Backup:
Did you create a backup of your Mac prior to installing the updates? Is so, then restore from the backup. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your Mac, prior maiking any major changes to your Mac (i.e. updating your MacOS).
