I received a message saying that my account has been disabled in the app store and itunes? I disputed one of my charges and now I'm completely locked out

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.


Charge disputes should be taken up with the iTunes Store instead of the bank, except when a card has been compromised.
