I am trying to log on to a site and it will not let me log on. The message is that my adobe flash player is no longer supported, who should i do?

Not an Apple or Safari issue. Adobe no longer supports flash. Contact the site owner and ask them how to get on their webpage.
Do not accept any offer of a Flash Player download. Flash Player no longer exists and any such download will be 100% malware that will compromise your system.
Ignore the message. Flash is dead and never coming back.
