I recently purchased a remaster of an old Chicago album. One of the 23 tracks did not download, apparently. I have tried re-downloading the album, which is fine, but the missing track still doesn't show. It's also not a 'hidden' item (why that's even a thing is a mystery to me) so I have no idea how to access the song. I have Windows 10 and the corresponding iTunes.

As a matter of interest if you review the album in the iTunes Store does the missing track show with a play icon or say purchased? Purchased would indicate a hidden item.
