icloud storage plan
I upgraded to 50 GB, and now i want to cancel that plan and go back to the free 5 GB. If i later on decide to go back to the 50 GB plan, will i have to pay another $0.99?

Yes. You'd also need to pay it for each month you'd like to keep the storage upgrade; it's a rental of space on Apple's servers, not a purchase.
