Hi I was wondering if someone can help me I’ve been trying to text my father but I just keep sending me free msg unable to send message message blocking active how can I fix that?

We understand from your post that you are receiving a message that message blocking is active when you try to message your dad. Make sure that his number has not been inadvertently blocked as described in this article:
Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Also have your dad check your contact that is saved in his phone to make sure your contact is not inadvertently blocked. If neither his nor your contact is blocked and the issue persists, you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.
