I've just purchased the iphone 12 pro max less that a week today and just about trying to finding the time to set it up, noticed a small defect on the corner of the body that seems like a manufacturing one, what can I do, kindly advice. Thank you.

You know what, I needed more than the Good Luck you wished me, it took me a good around half an hour and head wrecking to understand that Etisalat do not have a 14 day return arrangement, leave aside a policy, they said it came with the box, they were referring to the Apple policy. So more than luck it was a lot of patience I needed, fortunately for them I had plenty of, maybe because Apple had me covered.

They said, we only sell, you have to approach Apple !!! which I did and 2 days back I collected a replacement arranged by them.

Just wanted to share both, my unpleasant experience with Etisalat and my more that satisfied one with Apple (this is my second one with Apple).
