If Apple notified you that you are eligible for a refund, it might be only a "technical" delay from bank to bank.
In any case, you're not addressing Apple here and we, just users like you, are not aware of this kind of problem.

I did that but still the money did not reflect on my account
I try to remove my payment method but it keeps telling I have a payment to make while I don’t used that app please help me out 🙏
