in new iPhone 12 there is no option to turn off VoLTE. This same carrier (Orange PL) provides such option in f. ex. iPhone 11. Why this option is missing?

Turn off the Setting for 5G.
There is neither 4G or VoLte option. There is only three 5G -related option.
In previous iPhone model (11) there was option to select if we want to use LTE/4G or 3G, and after selecting LTE there was an option to turn off VoLte.
If you see 4G they are similar to the features of VoLTE. It's just an old name for the same service.
There are three options: 5G ON, 5G AUTO, LTE. Unfortunately, selecting neither of them caused apperenance of VoLTE option :/
