Family Sharing Browser History

If I have family browsing will it allow me to check another devices searches even if that person has cleared their browser? Also, will it notify me of searches my child is doing as they happen? On WiFi and via data?

Family Sharing doesn't include the browser history. You can set restrictions in Screen Time.
