Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've been unable to successfully install apps on your Apple Watch. We'll do our best to assist with this.


Given the error and issue, we believe the best way to solve this is to follow: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad


In case this is about connecting to the App Store, check out: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services


If those don't solve it, then we'd recommend the following:


  1. Restart your iPhone and restart your Apple Watch: How to restart your Apple Watch
  2. If updates are available for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch And your Apple Watch: Update your Apple Watch (Note: It's important to backup anything important prior to these updates.)
  3. Test downloading the apps on another Wi-Fi network.
  4. On your paired iPhone in Settings > General > Date & Time, is it correctly set for your location?
  5. On your paired iPhone, disable any connected VPN software.
  6. On your paired iPhone go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores and sign out, then back in to the App Store.


Lastly, if these steps don't solve it. Do you have another Apple ID? If so, try signing in to that Apple ID to test if it allows you to download apps.


Should you continue to struggle with this, then we'd recommend to Contact Apple Support
