Songs not showing in my library when added

Every song I add into my library with the “+” doesn’t show up in My songs or my Library even after the pop up that says “Added to Library”. It’s definitely not a case of the song not being available anymore because I’ve tried it with whole albums and at least 30 other songs, could it be my storage? Because I was adding around 30+ songs then went to check my library & didn’t see any of them in there which is frustrating. Help?
