Will the new iPhones work with other brands of wireless chargers or will they only be compatible with the Apple MagSafe?

They will also work with non-Apple Qi chargers or power adapters for using a cable. I would look for ones that are certified Made for iPhone.

They should work with non-Apple MagSafe-type chargers. For example, the Apple Online Store includes Belkin MagSafe chargers.
