Can i trade in two or more iPhone devices for a single purchase?? I have 2-3 old iphones that I would like to trade in for a new iPhone 12.

AFAIK, Apple's Trade-in program only allows for one trade-in at a time. However, I suggest that you contact Apple Sales to see if they will accept more than one device in this case.
