Apple ID

On my son’s phone the Apple ID is now grayed out. He can’t access Apple Music. When I first set up his phone it was fine.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

My Apple ID is locked. My Apple ID was locked, I'm trying to find out how to unlock it? That my entire Apple Music Library is now gone, and I cannot retrieve anything without having this unlocked. I also am unable to update any of my apps in the App Store. I just receive a My Apple ID has somehow become locke? I don't know how? There were no failed sign in attemps, all I was attempting to do was update my apps from the App Store. It also erased my entire Apple Music Library! I can’t access my Apple ID I tried using my old Apple ID but they keep rejecting it saying it can’t be recognized , so I had to create a new one …Now I’m logged out of my Apple Music..But I remember the old Apple ID …Can you help meeee😭😭😭
