AirPods Pros not connecting to MacBook Pro 16"

My AirPods were previously connecting via bluetooth, but now do not even show up as a Bluetooth device. I am on

Thanks! Step 6 allowed to e reconnect via Bluetooth. It worked previously but then disconnected and refused to relink. I am once again able to Zoom in relative privacy..
