I understand that Apple had a lawsuit regarding this model 7+. People were able to get replacements because Apple lost this suit because the upgrades were making the model less powerful and frustrating owners. I had Covid during the time allowed for returning this phone. I am extremely frustrated
I can call people but my phone skips and people can’t hear me. It breaks up constantly
I went to see them last night. They only offered me an upgrade
It was a class action suit for iPhone 6 devices. They got $25 and not a new device.
Apple does not send the cell signal. Your carrier does.
