Apple Watch

I’m thinking of buying an Apple Watch. However I do not have an IPhone m. I have an Alcatel flip phone and an iCloud email. Can I still connect my number to an Apple Watch? If not can I connect my email?

No. An iPhone is required to use an Apple Watch.

You'd be able to set it up, but it wound be able to connect to cellular. The Apple Watch piggy backs its paired iPhones phone number and data plan.
