I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) and I can not install Bootcamp to switch to Windows. How can I solve this problem?

This is by design. From Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support,
Boot Camp requires a Mac with an Intel processor.
Windows will not install and run on a M1 Mac. To fix the issue you will need an Intel Chip Mac.
