my face id is broken and i don’t know how to fix it. it keeps telling me to move phone giver and lower and this is happening because i reseted it. i did the latest update and i did reset my phone but it still doesn’t work what do i do?

First it isn’t broken. Try moving into an area with lighting, make sure your front camera isn’t impeded by anything, screen protector or dust... then give it a try. Also, from experience (because this exact thing happened to me and my iPhone 12 Pro Max), the distance of how far or close your arms are from Your face. Trust me, I had the same issue. And I said the same. After I did what I’ve advised you to do, everything was a okay for me.
