Error message

Im trying to download DUO on my iPhone, I'm getting an error messages That says my Apple ID has not been used and to follow the instructions, however i am going in circles. Please help me.

Do you see a button on the screen with the error? Are you taken to another page to verify your account settings if so?

If not, please use this link to verify your account settings are correct: Manage your Apple ID


If your device is fully updated and your settings are correct, try using iTunes on a computer to sign in to your account.

These steps should help get your Apple ID authenticated for use in the App Store to resolve the issue.
