How do I change my “trusted phone number” so I can access my grandson’s I-pad so I can reset and erase content? The so called “trusted phone number” is no longer in service??? Now what do I do?

Various sections contain information that is key to you being able to set up and use a different telephone to get a verification code you can use. Failing that you can ask for account recovery.
