i accidentally deleted two multi recipient text message chains from my iPhone 6 plus. it is set to sync with iCloud. However, the two chains still remain complete on my iPad. Is there a way to restore the chains on the iPad to the iPhone? Thank you!

I cannot understand what this means. If it means you house your messages in iCloud, then they would no longer appear on the iPad once removed from the iPhone. So I guess you mean something else.
If you don’t house your messages in iCloud, they are saved on your iPhone backup. Restore that backup to retrieve the messages that were present when the backup was created.
