How to cancel LinkedIn Premium

I cancelled Premium on LinkedIn - I think. Under subscriptions, it says LinkedIn subscription - Premium Business (1 month) Expires March 19, 2021. I click on the arrow to the right of that it shows the following:

Premium Business (1 Month) $59.99

Premium Business (1 Year) $499.99

Select an option to resubscribe

If you resubscribe, your new subscription will begin on Mar 19, 2021.

So I'm sure it cancelled Premium but it never said anywhere that it was cancelled - only the info about resubscribing.

When I went in to cancel Premium there was a check mark next to the $59.99 for 1 month and now there is no check mark.
