Imessage Unsuccessful Activate

Can Apple fix the Imessage issue? I’ve been waiting like a month that my Imessage that cannot ACTIVATE, it took so long then i just received notification that that IMessage unsuccessful activate. 🥲

I did, they said the problems didnt came from them. They did reset my carrier.
