Lost kit and unsigned in Google searches. The past is hunting me down

I have a stack of lost, destroyed, useless and other Apple equipment not in use. i am especially worried about an old Airport router 1TB the content of which became visible on the internet ( and its location data over several years) this data i no longer have

A mac book pro which was taken by "a friend" and a lost apple watch 5 which just is missing. I didn't realise how to keep a legitimate list of devices over a log period

. Without using the same ID over time a lot of the info is on old ID accounts. Most worrying is that since 2018 my internet connection has been terrible and i recon this is due to years of not signed in behaviour prior to this time, especially with Google search and other software over a 20 year period. I have a ton of pull requests what should i do? I get nowhere with Apple Support
