Is there a way to move icons in the control center

Is there a way to move icons in the control Center.. i usually accidentally press the sleep mode on and end up missing calls.. or is there a way to delete the sleep more control from there

Yes and Yes. You can arrange the Control Center icons to your liking by opening Settings ➔ Control Center: Rearrange the controls by dragging them up or down and that will reflect the new arrangement in the control center. See image below.
