Can anyone know where to find macOs high sierra to upgrade from sierra
iMac, macOS 10.13
Open in Safari: macOS High Sierra 10.13

It cannot find it in the App store. I am not the only one looking for it but it seems Apple remove it from the store.

No you don't. In any case 10.13 is no longer available.
There's a 10.13.6 Combo Update requiring an earlier 10.13.x version, then there's the full 10.13.6 Installer, Apple no longer makes earlier versions of any OS available.
