it takes so long to download items from

Downloading apps take so long even though my internet speed is good (~85 Mbps)

for example: I downloaded PUBG mobile and it took > 4 hours to download!!!! And same problem with other apps

i have this problem on my iPhone 12 pro , IOS 14.4.1

Ps: I don’t have this problem on my iPhone 7 . I downloaded same app at same time and the downloading on iPhone 7 is much faster (like x20 faster) on the same internet speed!!
