Why did my Face-ID stop working?

ok, lets start this over. lol

restarted phone - yes

tried with wifi - yes

tried with different wifi - yes

tried with cellular - yes

tried reset - yes ( lost all setting and had to reset everything)

about to try a restore through itunes - for some reason my phone is recognized - even when i trust computer and password - yes i trusted iphone on computer at same time with screen notification.

any suggestions now?
