i have a Apple watch 3.0 that i am trying to update with WatchOS 7.3.2. I am unable to update it even directly to the watch b/c it states it need 2.7GB and i can only free up 1.9GB. I have deleted all apps, photos and music.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up
enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
