In app Purchases

When I go to make a in app purchase it fails every time, and redirects me to apple support. Hoping for help!

Do as it directs, go to the URL and follow the instructions:

www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ --> https://support.apple.com/country-selector/itunes > select your country > Contact Support > Contact iTunes Store Support > Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Does it have a specific message? That helps to direct you to the correct place instead of just the generic Get Support

It says that the purchase can not be completed and to contact iTunes support.
