Using Numbers to Track Crypto assets

Good morning apple team, I am now looking for a way to track my crypto using numbers. I don't want to be online using apps such as coin gecko etc.

I have found thanks to this thread how to track some coins using STOCK("ETH-USD", "PRICE") The issue with this code is it's not tracking LIVE.

I am also having issues with popular and new coins. Example Polkadot STOCK("DOT-USD", "PRICE") will not work.

Is there a way to pull information from exchanges such as coin base and coin gecko?
