Mac Mini (mid 2011) - Device won't boot up, stucked in Apple logo with progress bar

My company has lended me a Mac Mini (mid 2011) device for office use. The device is in macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.6) and with a processor of 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5. I received it mid last year (2020) and everything is working fine until last Wednesday (March17, 2021), it hang. The cursor of the mouse is moving but I can't click anything, the screen froze to the browser. So I decided to turn it off by pressing down the power button. When I turn it back on, the apple logo appears together with the progress bar. The progress bar is moving up to 100% but after that, it won't proceed to the login screen. I even waited overnight if it will proceed to the login screen but it was still on the same screen. I also tried some tips online, like the Command+R, Shift, Option+Command+R, Shift+Option+Command+R, Command+V, Command+S, Option, Option+Command+P+R, but nothing happens. Please help. Thank you!
