I can’t delete apps from my iPhone

How do I delete apps from my iPhone? Holding it down no longer gives me an option to remove it.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
