Headphones and airpods
My iPhone 12 isn’t letting me hear any sound out of my headphones or AirPods only when I take them out it lets me hear sound. They both work with all my other devices except for my phone what do I do

A. Troubleshoot the Pairing:
Disable Bluetooth on all but one device — the one device you want to synchronize with these with.

- If your AirPods won't Connect - Apple Support
- Reset your AirPods - Apple Support
B. Troubleshoot the Connection:

C. Verify the Balance:
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Accessibility
- Scroll Down: to Hearing
- Adjust: the audio volume balance
