Is there a way to turn off permanently night mode on camera ?

As I work on low light environments and take a lot of pictures of papers it gets very annoying to turn off manually the night mode on and off. I would like to disable and just use the flash

How can the camera night mode be PERMANENTLY disabled / turned off? Title says it all. I want night mode turned off by default so that every time I use the camera I don't have to turn it off again. I have all the "preserve settings" activated and yet night mode keeps turning back on. Its profoundly annoying and ruins pictures taken in low light. The only way a decent low light photo to turn out is if the camera is perfectly still, which is impossible if holding the phone in ones hand. To reiterate, preserve camera settings DOES NOT WORK! I emphasize this as I want to be sure nobody suggests this as a remedy.

Camera Night Mode Does anyone know how to turn off the Night Mode just like turn off the flash? Right now it seems the Night Mode comes on “automatically” when it thinks, and often time it ruins the quality of the photo because of the long exposure it decides for me, especially it’s in a quick snap shot situation because you cannot always think about to turn off with the yellow button process. Anyone notice this and knows the answer of this? Thanks!
