Cannot access cellular data network on my iPad. I've tries several tips suggested on different sites with no success. Does anyone have a suggestion?

What did your wireless provider say when you contacted

them for assistance connecting to their network?

Is your SIM data only or for a cellphone?

If there is an error message, what is the exact

complete text of that error message?
