Facetime activation error
I do get an error when activating Facetime. Error says: an error occured during activation. This happens op both iphone and macbook pro. What should I do?

phone follow all steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
mac follow all steps here If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support
