How do I delete an app my watch?
How do I delete an app from my watch? I can’t update the os because I don’t have enough space on my watch and I can’t figure out how to delete any.

Try this;
Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up
enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
