iTunes to work on what device? To sync music from a laptop to the iPhone, one uses iTunes on the computer to sync to the iPhone, then you would locate the downloaded songs in the Music app on the iPhone. The only difference is if you are using a Mac with Catalina or higher, and you would use Finder.
