I bought a iTunes card today around 415 pm eastern time. I sent it to a friend in the states but realized that can only be used in Canada. I went to add it around 6 pm eastern and said already claimed. How can that be?

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
