not refunded

i decided to put my card back into my apple account and as soon as i put it on there an app took my money from an old subscription after already ending it and deleting the app.It also charged me with an itunes subscription.i requested a refund and waited 48 hours.it said refunded but the money isn’t showing up on my card or my apple account.
